Sonali Taneja

Sonali is an accomplished talent strategist and executive search professional with over two decades of experience helping organisations build leadership teams across global markets.

Her expertise spans leadership hiring, executive search, talent intelligence, workforce planning, and recruitment transformation across technology, cybersecurity, fintech, telecommunications, hospitality, and professional services sectors.

Throughout her career, Sonali has partnered with founders, CXOs, and business leaders to build teams across India, USA, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She has successfully led global talent acquisition functions for high-growth organisations, built talent ecosystems from the ground up, and delivered leadership hiring mandates across both established enterprises and venture-backed businesses.

Her ability to combine market intelligence, talent mapping, and strategic advisory enables clients to make informed leadership decisions in increasingly competitive talent markets.

Gautam Aggarwal

Gautam brings more than two and a half decades of leadership experience across global organisations spanning technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, FMCG, and business services.

As Group CHRO for one of India’s leading multinational business groups, he has led global people strategy across more than 70 countries, supporting a workforce of over 60,000 employees and associates representing more than 50 nationalities. Throughout his career, he has advised boards, partnered with founders and CEOs, driven large-scale business transformation, led complex acquisitions, built leadership pipelines, and designed organisations capable of supporting rapid growth.

His experience extends beyond traditional HR leadership into organisational effectiveness, governance, executive coaching, succession planning, culture transformation, and strategic business partnering. Having worked closely with leadership teams across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, Gautam brings a uniquely global perspective to growth and transformation challenges.
